No. There is no such fees. We want your website to attract more traffic and be successful.
Pricing
Yes. We hope that you won’t because Prospetkr offers more than any other provider.
But if you ever decide to break up, we will cancel your account at that end of the monthly billing period. The subscription fees paid thus far would not be refundable.
No. There is no additional fee for IDX. One MLS IDX feed of your choice will be setup for you.
If you need to additional MLSs, please contact us and we can provide you the pricing.
Yes, your MLS access fee is payable to the MLS and is separate from the Prospektr monthly fee.
Note that Prospektr includes 2 MLSs IDX feeds for free and included in your monthly subscription fee.
The one-time setup fee includes 10 hours of custom design of your website by our UX design experts who have designed hundreds of websites.
It also includes the set up of your domain for the website and connecting it to all the great features in Prospektr – IDX feeds, Foreclosure & HUD Listing feeds, Off-market properties, Home Value Reports, Marketing Automation, CRM, Claim My Home, etc.
We try our best to offer the best price in the market without any need for discounts.
Having said that we do offer promotions from time to time to further sweeten the deal for agents. Please contact us to know if there are promotions currently in progress.

We have 100% coverage on the property records, 97% coverage for Foreclosures and HUD Listings and over 300 MLSs of for IDX data.
